Taking influence from the early 80’s dark Manchester sound as well as gothic cinema Aufbau Principle create music from the shards of broken relationships, doomed cityscapes and existential nightmares. Thier second EP, “Abattoir", explores theologic crisis, sex magic, unrequited love and emotional fragility set to abrasive guitar tones, pounding drums and driving basslines.
Aufbau Principle are Kieran Milne, Ruth Switalski, Stefano Pia and Qaiyyum Tajudin.
